CONNECT WITH YOUR CAREER COACH

Share your old resume, links to jobs of interest, and any other details that you think will be helpful to them in the process.

INTERVIEW PREP

Your resume writer will take the information to prepare a rough first draft. They may also ask follow-up questions in that draft.

YOUR COACHING

You connect with your resume writer as much as needed to get the resume right for you. This is a back-and-forth process as your resume writer will need input from you.

FOLLOW-UP

Most people have a final version in 2 - 3 drafts. Make sure to request all edits within 30 days from the date your resume is started.

Our Coaching Philosophy

Our coaching services are built with a practical objective - to help you land the right job for you. We aren’t a service that tests clients endlessly or evaluates all of the hypotheticals. Instead, we use our insights as recruiters and talent acquisition experts to help you navigate your market and real opportunities while growing your network in the process. Our clients appreciate the direct feedback and want to know the honest truth so that they can make the most of their efforts in the process.
